Confusing O . o

I'm looking to make a character on this site, but it's very confusing where to make a character. Can I make a thread for it? No? I'm confused. 

Also, do I have to be a member to roleplay? I'm sorry, I don't know much about this site O . o

It'd help if you were a member yes. And yes, you make a thread for the character, in the Awaiting Approval section and you must wait for GANONDORF, Spartan, or I to approve it. Then you can begin roleplaying in boards reading (OPEN)

Okay, you're having a problem because you're not a registered user. Once you register, you will gain access to the boards. I have all the boards set so that only members can post in the creation boards and the roleplaying boards. This allows only genuinely interested people to access the boards.

After you have an account, you must fill out your application and place it in the Character Creation board. After you've done that, your character must be approved by a staff member. Once approved, you may post in the RPing boards by creating your own threads or by replying to those of others.
