"Never thought for a second they were. Not that I mind." Wil was in it for the same thing they were, so there wasn't a problem to be found. She wasn't exactly your run of the mill female by any means. "I don't mind if you borrow Ryuu's fire, but you'll have to see if he's willing." Though she was predominantly in charge, Ryuu was his own being and probably wanted to be treated as such.

Kira simled " oh I don't think that will that will be a problem i have a unusual talent for tonges, one of the best things about my mixed blood both halves are known for their wit and cunning, and most of all language." He said pulling out another piece of meat "hey there so your name is Ryuu that neat, would you mind lighting the stove for me, if you do I'll cook one just for you" kira said speaking dragonic making sure that he was out of the way

Wil looked at Ryuu, who in turn looked at Kira. He wasn't your normal dragon, as he was only a summon, but he still had the basic functioning of a dragon. Finding it amusing that Kira felt the need to speak in dragon tongue, Ryuu gave the man a somewhat bemused look as he sat back on his haunches. Wil looked at her dragon and let out a hearty laugh.

"Looks like you'll have to give him a little more motivation!"

"Hmm I guess so,but don't expect me to offer him any booze, I want a fire not a bomb" kira said smiling
Kira thought to himself wondering how to cohorse a dragon before an idea hit him it wasn't a particularly smart one "hey so what you shooting blanks now, Humph I bet that you couldn't control yourself enough to just light the stove anyways, and here I was ready to get you a whole cow if we won" kira said moving into the path of the stove taunting the dragon, ready to dodge at a seconds notice

Deciding to be nice, Ryuu slithered his neck over to the little stove and lit the fire inside. The kindling was so dry all he had to do was blow some hot breath on it and it took right off. Satisfied, the large serpent made his way over his past spot and began to sun himself again. Wil watched it all unfold with a bemused look on her face, turning to Kira without saying a word. "Looks like he's decided he won't eat you, then." There was much more to it than that, but that was all she cared to say.

Kira smiled with a look that said I don't believe that just happened and said " good thing too I just had chili, besides he already burnt my ass" as he started to prep the meat by slowly marinating it, pulling out some rice,noodles,and vegetables making sure that there was enough food to feed everyone

Wil heaved a sigh as she tried to nestle further into the cool rock, only to get even less comfortable. She didn't come here prepared at all. At least this kid has food. The red head's eyes flickered open and she surveyed the surroundings, only to find nothing exciting. This sure had hit a quiet point. Night couldn't come soon enough, it seemed. Though she did wonder where- and if- the other racers had taken refuge.

Kira looked at will " don't worry were still winning no one could get passed us if they wanted too, there's a sandstorm,don't think that they will let up intill night, besides we have Ryuu so there is no need to worry.oh and food will be done in about a half-hour" he said cooking
