Royal gathering (open to all)

Stress. That was all that was on Zelda's mind. All she could think about. She had several very important guests already in her castle and more coming soon. She paced around the small private dining room nervously "Oh god oh god..." she repeated as se peered into a mirror to make sure she was perfect.

Lydia sighed and placed her hands on Zelda's shoulders and gently massaged them secretly enjoying the moment. "Look Zellie it'll be ok." she said with a smile.

"I know I just get worked up. You know how I am." she turned around and hugged her sheikah friend "they'll be here soon. Please open the curtains."

Lydia nodded and proceeded to open the three curtains that covered the large windows that adorned the west side of the room. "Better?"

"Much." Zelda said opening the door to the room. "Well all we can do is wait Lydia."

Attlas smiled as he walked in, seeing his close friend and wife, he nodded and walked over to Zelda and bowed, "What do you want me to do Zelda?" he asked amiss his bow, hoping that he didn't have to change into his full kitsune form and look like one of Zelda's pets. He didn't hate doing it, but wasn't too keen to it today, he wanted to be in his human form for this, since he fights better in said form. Yet he patiently waited for Zelda's response.

Meanwhile in the hallway, a rather thin figure walked by casually, as if taking their time. It was obviously a woman since they were in a dress, and wearing heels to boot. Every here-and-there, the figure stopped to look at a painting of some sort. Though the woman soon was showed to where she was to go, her deep purple hair flowed as she turned, with a sigh the doors opened revealing an almost spitting image of Zelda, except for the woman was not Zelda. She took a few steps forward and did the signs of respect that one does in Hyrule as she introduced herself, holding on to the staff she wielded, her voice was slightly deep as she spoke, "It's a pleasure to meet you. Princess Zelda, of Hyrule." she said before introducing herself in a manner that was more like her home country's way of doing things, "I am Hilda, Princess of Lorule."

Zelda smiled at Attlas and shook her head. "No. All you need to do is rest. Simple as that. Is anyone else coming?"

Lorule. Lydia hated that damn name and made that clear with her eyes. She stood to Zelda's front to silently show the foreigner not to try anything.

"The pleasure is mine." Zelda said curtsying politely to the woman standing in front of her. "The woman in front of me is a Sheikah and has asked to keep her name a secret. She will be keeping her mask on the entire time to keep her identity a secret as well. I hope you understand."

Link, clever as usual, was walking along when he remembered something Zelda had said a while back. Wasn't he supposed to be somewhere right now? I look of pure dread crossed his face, contorting into something that was sheepish yet ashamed. She wouldn't kill him, would she? Turning on his heel right then and there, the Hylian ran his little ass all the way back to Hyrule so he could find Zelda and stop being late.

"At least I didn't sleep in this time," he mumbled, trotting up to the castle. Ignoring the guards, he pushed himself inside, only to be seized and taken in for an 'audience with the princess'. Dragged in by his arms, blushing the color of a tomato, Link looked up at Zelda, ashamed of himself.

The male guard sighed and looked at the princess. "This man was caught trying to intrude. Shall we toss him out?"

Zelda smiled at link and shook her head. "no no that wont be necessary." she said politely to the guard. She wasn't mad at Link for being late and was just glad he was there. "Hello link. It's great to see you." she said hugging him tightly. "I've missed you." She whispered into his ear. She was beyond happy to have her love there for her.

Attlas smiled a little as he wrapped his arm around Lydia's shoulders and spoke, "She's not the friendliest person around, but her heart is in the right place!" he said as cheerily as he could muster, since Zelda didn't even pay a notion to introduce him. He was assigned to protect Zelda with his life, and she just acted like she didn't even care. To further add to Attlas' dismay, most likely Lydia is going to bitch him out for his demeanor.

"That is of no worry to me Madame Zelda. I to have a protector... Sort-of." Hilda responded before trailing off to thinking about the coward whom is supposed to protect her, more uses her as a damn meat-shield. Yet she looked at the Kitsune and Shiekah pair, they seemed to know each other well enough to say they were at the least friends. All three showed some sort of friendliness with the others. Yet she couldn't help but ask a question, "Excuse me for asking, but is Hyrule filled with the..." she had no way to put it elegently, or without coming off as offensive, "Half-man, half-beast creatures that the male over there is?"

Kira was excited he never thought that he would actually be invited into the castle for a party he normally just ends up crashing a party. This was such a special event that he even changed his look in place of his pitch black and deep blue robes he was a royal purple outfit befitting a prince.. with the Twili royal crest across the back and over his left front pocket that has a light blue handkerchief in it and under his arm was a rectangular box gift wrapped simply labeled To Zelda from Kira

"this is the first time that i have ever been able to walk into the place from the front door" Kira thought to himself looking right at a guard with a entitled smile as the guard bowed to him as he made his way to Zelda

Lydia smiled softly and looked up at Attlas "No lovey lovey while I'm wiling." she quietly and gently scolded Attlas.

"Hello Kira!" Zelda said smiling at the man. "Please come on in. Don't be shy." she turned to Hilda and bit her lip. "No. His Kind are few and very far between." she said crossing her arms.

Lydia sighed and turned to Hilda silently "Where is your guard then?"

Hilda sighed to Lydia's question and responded with the best answer she had about her 'guard' and his antics, "The bastard is probably scamming some poor fool out of their money..." she replied in a rather curt manner, as if she disliked talking about her guard. Yet she looked at the new man rather hastily, seeing that he is of no real danger, nor much of a looker, yet she responded to Zelda, "Aha. I see. He's definitely an interesting person isn't he?" she asked looking coyly to Attlas. He was neat and all, but all Hilda wanted him for, was a neat little play-toy to experiment on. 

"Oh no no. My race is REALLY rare. Like, we number in the few hundreds rare. I'm even rarer with two tails instead of one." Attlas responded with a tail flick and ear twitch, though wrapped one of his tails, a known kitsune sign of affection, around Lydia's waist. At this point, the well-informed Lorulian Princess figured that those two were married. Yet Attlas whispered something in his wife's ear, "I understand. This is my job too honey, you know, Special Units of the Royal guard and all?"

"thanks i will it's nice to see you again Lydia, and Zelda it's been too long, i bought you something special it took me months to track down but i think that you'll like it" Kira said bowing and handing Zelda the box as he rose he whispered a single word "Dominion" into Zelda's ear so that no one else could hear
"i trust that you will take care with it" Kira said carrying on

"So were is Kriger i haven't seen him in ages... And he still owes me a damn drink" Kira said switching from the tone of a nobleman to a friendly one

Link looked around quietly as usual, unsure of what to actually do. He wasn't really sure where he fit into this whole mix, so he stuffed his hands in his tunic pockets and observed silently. He didn't care much for Hilda; she seemed like a manipulative bitch, and for some reason that didn't seem to just be intuition. There was definitely a reason he should hate her, but he didn't know if that was the right thing to do. He didn't mind the casual conversation, didn't really feel like talking. He was still a little embarrassed but was trying not to come off as awkward. He had the Master Sword so he was not afraid, but something about this whole gathering seemed a little off. He looked behind him and noticed a white haired Sheikah male, eyes bandaged, disappear into the next room.

"Erm... Lydia? Does he belong to you?" He asked, referring to Senka, who was now out of sight.

"Link fancy seeing you here.." Kira said making his way to him"Hey let's go raid the kitchen lord knows what kind of sweets they have in there" Kira whispered to Link wanting to give the others some privacy

Zelda grabbed Kiras shoulder "No you aren't. Last time you did I starved for weeks."

Lydia stepped towards link and glared at where the man was. "No he isn't. Keep an eye out for him. Last I heard he serves Hilda." she whispered into links ear "I don't trust them." she said quietly.

Zelda soon released Kira and smiled "Alright thank you for the gift. It means a lot. I have no idea where my father is but-"

A man in white silently entered the room with his coattails floating behind him as he walked. "Sorry I took so long." he said from behind his mask.

Senka snuck off upstairs, bandages on, using the handrail as a guide. He couldn't see, but he could tell it was all very extravagant. He could feel it in his bones. Without a second thought, he activated his glass eye. The glow it emitted was concealed by his bandages, but he could now see as well as any other human, even through the mask. He couldn't see color, but he could make out everything in greater detail than one with 20-20 vision. He wasn't here to do anything suspicious, but he had been planted somewhere.

Link didn't bother to go after him, but he didn't feel like the Sheikah served Hilda. If he did, would he have run off like that? Hilda could be taken on right here and now and he wouldn't have anything to say about it. The quest for food had been smushed and he didn't feel like being sociable, but he had the urge to point something out to Lydia, and in quite a pleasant fashion!

"Oh, Lydia! Why didn't you tell me?" Link squealed, looking at Lydia's tummy. He knelt don in front of her, still smiling. "I didn't know you two were expecting! I see the baby is growing quite well. You must be what, four weeks along? Your bump isn't that large, but I could definitely tell!"

Lydia gasped and blushed. She was expecting. How he knew she couldn't tell but the attention was nice. "Why thank you. You're the first man to notice after Attlas!"

Zelda smiled and walked to links side and took her hand in his. "So Link... Can I talk to you in private please?" she asked quietly.

The man in white grunted and left the room to follow the Sheikah he finally found him strolling around and stopped behind him. "You there. Boy. What are you doing here?" he demanded.
